SEC reports that dimensional fund has sold down 38,000 shares from just over 7.0% to 6.94 %. This custom components appears to have a lot of margin pressure resulting from CM competing into higgher tech assemblies. Management leaving the sector for higher margin /leading edge products is a wise move. One thing for sure working one's self into the defense projects is never hurried ,but once designed in, it lasts quite a while. At least my experience with Kvhi has been that way.I suspect that MS Kennedy is very similar with their chasing after phase array radar assemblies. All in all the book value of this stock making a buck a year is a great value. moneycentral.msn.com I added some just above book value and feel like it is a very good long term buy and hold.Book value I show is 10.91 and 3.93 cash per share. If this stock goes any lower - they'll buy more of it back - I really like how they've retired shares in the past. Free cash flow is 16.22 million per year.
