Thanks for the note Moonray, -- yes, I'm still alive...but only lurking now and then. The new gig has me very busy.

The work I'm doing is to give Bay's service pages an alternative 'look-and-feel'. Here's one where you have an outline of Bay's service programs in a rather long text doc:

support.baynetworks.com

My prototype of suggested changes:

magneticdiary.com

It's only a prototype -- they may or may not accept it. All of the same info is presented but in a pictorial way that doesn't force the user to wade through a ton of text material...hope they like it. If not, I can come up with something else. (and "no" if anybody wonders -- I would never share anything I shouldn't -- this is just a web page I made that may or may not be used, so it shouldn't be a big deal; I'm aware of the difference)

ps: the 'copyright' thing from your post reminds of when Compton's (the CD-ROM encyclopedia people) claimed to have invented and patented multimedia a few years ago. They managed to pull it off for a few months but got slammed on the first appeal. (I thought I invented it -- <kiddingGGGGG>!)
