Even 1:1 female to male is enough to keep things on the boil but 1:1.2 puts things even further out into sociologically experimental territory. Since those males have been raised as Little Emperors, the effects could be interesting in the Year of the Tiger.

Male mammals get sort of stroppy in mating season and confront other males for mating rights, especially when they think the women belong to them and see a challenge from neighbouring males [such as USA, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, India and heck, maybe Russia too, not to mention those annoying Uighurs].
Or maybe they have been sufficiently repressed by Maoistic mania and will cower before rulers. Hire half the males as police and soldiers to keep the other half in check - the normal technique. Or put the whole lot in the army and send them to the front lines to conquer the enemy or be eliminated but hopefully hold the line.
Best would be that they all buy a nice new swanky CDMA/OFDM/wifi cyberphone and enjoy a new era of peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love.
