With those at least (and of course with off patent drugs) you can get competition. One of the reasons the off derided, or implied as almost useless, "me too drugs", are actually useful. For the not quite as close drugs that treat the same condition and may also be called "me too" the fact that they have slightly different sets of effects is useful to the effort to find something that works right for the particular patient.
