Krugman has been making the argument non-stop. These fascist progressives are trying to change the congressional rules as a covert way of changing the constitution. They want to turn America into a one-party dictatorship. For them. Blame their incompetence on the Republicans. It's the Republicans that have stopped us passing anything for the past year; ignore our majorities in Congress. It's a talking point they are trying to turn into a campaign issue to explain their failure to pass legislation everybody but the two coasts hate.
