Steve,

Opinion please! We expect S3 to get hit hard this AM. It it true
however that quarterly earnings will merely be shifted? Not saying
it would minimize the impact on the investing community, just wondering if the sales are really there? In other words, is S3 selling anything or just cooking the books?
Makes a difference to me. Am I holding shares in a viable company
(4,000 @ $17 on margin) or just worthless paper?
