There are plenty of them that have much much less than 100 mil shares and that have a lot to show for each of their shares. Of course they may not be all penny stocks, but they are proof that your statement is wrong.

And I am not against speculating with the pennies even if they are expensive based on currently available fundamentals as there is always a price one must pay for potential. But potential ain't value.

Agian, I find that RVS is a very nice spec with major potential. But it is still expensive as wee speak with lots of shares outstanding.
