there was a prediction of higher prices in November, and especially by Thanksgiving 1997,

I was wondering if frick would comment over here on what and when the next timeframe/prediction/rumor release might be should THIS recurring monthly ongoing prediction not come to fruition??

It's already November and I have more money to invest and figure I should get in on the NEXT rally, but need to know when IT is going to occur.
