”As far as slamming and misrepresentation goes your first sentence is a simplistic caricature of what was a very careful and reasoned critique of Wilbur's book and the logical inconsistencies inherent in the pantheistic monist position.”

Wrong…
How is my comment a misrepresentation>
"So according to your source the whole presentation fails because the guy did not mention Jesus is the Alpha and Omega of reality.”

>Of your author’s concluding sentence.

”This is because Jesus Christ, the Alpha and Omega of all reality, is given no place at all.”

Seems to me like he is drawing a conclusion as to why Wilber’s argument fails from his perspective and I simply pointed that out to you. If you don’t like it blame him don’t shoot the messenger.

More Flailing…

>>“Your posts about Christianity are dripping with condescension and passive aggressiveness.
I’ve made no condescending or passive aggressive remarks about Christianity. You might say I am not respectful of you, or the works by the authors you submit, but that is an entirely different issue since you nor they have attempted in any way to earn my respect, quite the contrary.

--------------

More lashing out.

>>“Your repeated claim that you do not want to debate these issues while continuing to comment on them is why I said you are doing a drive-by slam. You make snide comments and then run away.”

What snide comment? I posted the text from a Christian instructional sight and asked the obvious questions about how you reconcile that with the alpha Omega comment made by your author. If you are uncomfortable with the question that says more about you and your faith claims than anything else. Snide is certainly not an accurate descriptor.

-----------------------
”The second sentence of your post is nonsense. Are you complaining that Jesus did not say that He was the Alpha and the Omega? He surely did and those very words are quoted as being said by Jesus in the Bible.”

Really, I didn’t know that. Would you mind posting the chapter and vs where Jesus is quoted using those exact words… “the Alpha and Omega of all reality.” I would prefer that it isn't one where it is not clear whether the statement is referencing the Father or the Son. Or if you are mistaken, a simple apology would suffice.
