If we see $.10 per share for the 4th qtr of '96 at the release on Sept 30th, I believe you will begin to see your support at or around $7. My logic is as follows:
$16,900,000 * 8% = $1,352,000 net income $1,352,000 / 13,500,000 shs = $.10 per share FY 1996 EPS = .25 + .10 = $.35 $.35 * 20 P/E = $7 per share
Then follows my prediction for TLTK stock price at the release of 1st qtr '97 #s on November 15th:
$25,000,000 * 8% = $2,000,000 net income $2,000,000 / 15,000,000 shs = $.13 per share trailing 4 qtrs EPS = .35 +.13 - .06 = $.42 $.42 * 20 P/E = $8 3/8 per share
This is my feeble attempt at consolidating technical and fundamental analyses. I hope it has cheered up some of the more impatient types on this thread.
