US TSYS/10Y: Tsys slide after mixed US$15B 10y auction drew 33.19% Indirects, 13.0% Directs and a higher-than-expected 3.692% rate, and 2.67 cover.

30Y bond is now off 1 3/32 in pricek while 10Y cash note off 16/32 in price.

1804 GMT [Dow Jones] Newly sold 10-yr notes came in at 3.692% above the 3.670% in the when-issued market before the sale.

Bid to cover ratio was 2.67, worse than the 3.00 at the Jan. auction and worse than the 2.76 eight auction average.

Treasurys falling, outstanding 10-yr yield up 5 BP on the session to 3.69% (DLB)
