Mike, TSIntercom is a pretty good product. It uses the GSM codec and as such has pretty good audio quality under ideal conditions. Under less than ideal conditions lost data and resultant "chop" become a problem. It has a neat feature tha allows you to display a static image of the person that you are talking to. It is still in beta so I am sure that improvements are being made.
Check out their web page. You can download a free evaluation copy and see for yourself how the product works.

Here is a list of available net phone sites:
bonzi.com (Voice Mail)
audiowav.com
web.mit.edu ( PGPfone)
tribal.com (Powwow)
qdek.com (Webtalk)
magenta.com (Cyberphone)

**** telescape.com (TS Intercom) ***

fourmilab.ch (Speak Freely)
vocaltec.com ( Iphone)
itelco.com ( Webphone)
freetel.inter.net (Freetel) ***This is a real good one to try***

Good Luck!
Phil
