I might agree with some of the things that you say, but not that. During my six year period of buying PCs for my company, I learned what many wise managers already knew. If your time is worth anything, the initial investment in a PC is minimal compared to the time spent making it run properly.

Gateway Major Accounts Support has always been superior than any other (for desktop PC support). DELL has always left me kind of cold in sales, support and service. I'm not sure why, but they do.

I hold CPQ, GTW and DELL with hopes for them in that order.

No offense, but I hope you get squeezed like a pimple on GTW.
