Where did you get "[the understanding] that he was on vacation?" He was in Davos attending the World Economic Forum & was a speaker at a session. Granted, it's a wonderful spot to be in January, but he was there in his capacity as CEO of QCOM. That's not a vacation. It's not the same as laying on some beach somewhere, or on an expedition in the Himalayas.
