Started diet today.....I'm going to do the 3 day diet first then take a couple days off then go back on the Atkins Diet. The Atkins diet has always been the one diet that seemed to work best for me. Going to have to make a lifestyle change. Doctor put me on blood pressure medicine (high BP runs in my family). Went back for a visit and he said my sugar was just a little high. That was enough for me... I'm going to lose this weight once and for all. dawg
