I regard to banks: Personally, I never use a bank anymore (thank God, for ATM's). CSTR machines in a food store is a great idea. I know I go there two or three times a week. I know that when my change builds up, I make a pt to go to the farther away groc. store that has the machine rather than the one up the street.
But really, the idea and concept is such an obviously good one that it doesn't really matter where they put the machines: people will use them and our investment will reward us.
