The point he makes is clear enough. He says that Quantum mechanics is Puzzling (difficult to understand) for those who use logic but easy for people who do not.

If you want to quibble about the difference between "cannot" and "cannot easily" that's your prerogative, but he does seem to make the analogy quite clearly that in Quantum mechanics, a is non a, which is inherently illogical.
