zeev,jack, stan, & rest og GPGI'ers. I spoke to dick jenson last thursday and asked how things were progressing. he commented that we were just around the corner from a payday from the first englehard shipment, should be by month's end if i understood correctly. the shipments going to the "second refiner" are going smoothly and consistantly out the door, in fact the second refiner is full up his gills in metal to refine. he is planning on an expansion at his plant to be able to refine more bars as they come in. dick didn't mention when he was expecting payday from this second refiner. Dick also mentioned that plans were progressing smoothly in getting the financials together for becoming a full reporting company to nasdaq. he also mentioned a nasdaq ruling that will take effect in april 1998, where all small bb stocks either become full reporting or will no longer be nasdaq stocks, if i understood him correctly. someone may know more of this nasadq change and offer to expand our knowledge of that drop dead date. if this the case, then many small DD's will have prove up their financials it would seem. regards jp
