Northforce,

I wonder if it might've been more helpful for Keitel to give explicit ASPs for phone-type devices and also for dongle/Gobi-type devices. This would allow the analysts and us shareholders to more accurately assess the respective markets and the associated ASPs. I recall that they did this generally with WCDMA vs. CDMA phone ASPs in the not so distant future. Doing so would also point out that dongle/Gobi type devices are a supplemental market to the handset-only market that Qualcomm sold into in the past. While Qualcomm management has been reticent to disclose "too much" pricing information about specific products in the past, they could do so here for these two different device categories with a range for each, or perhaps some other quantitative metric that would've assuaged the analysts (and us!). It seems like a small effort/disclosure to possibly have avoided the $10 downdraft in the share price. Ryhack
