1. Q3 was a RECORD quarter. Excluding the product return reserve whcih impacted sales by $300K, the actual shipments for the quarter were $3.7 million which beat the Kinnard number of $3.5 million.

2. At the time I made the 1997 prediction, I was confident that the large Uncle Sam order would close/ship in Q4. The status of the order is still up in the air, enough to cause them to warn about likelihood that Q4 revenues will be below Q3. Q4 outcome is still not carved in stone IMHO.

3. There are at least 2 OEM opportunities that have a high probability of decisions in the Nov/Dec timeframe which could conceivably be delayed until Jan/Feb. Predicting OEM's is a moving target.
