Crazy that it would take so long, but I guess that means there are a ton of claims which means the distribution is probably going to be a pittance. I agree that the dates were screwy, and the instructions are unclear. I think I did everything correctly but they still sent me a letter of rejection saying my recognized loss was $0. I don't know what they're smoking or if they even looked at the paperwork I sent b/c there's no way I didn't have a loss within the dates specified. I wonder if they reject valid claims on purpose hoping that you won't bother to protest. I don't even know how to put a response into words since all I can think to say is, "you're wrong, looking at the damn paperwork you morons!" Ah, I'm aggravated because I thought I had finally settled everything related to this HSOA bull and then I got this letter. It took a lot of work to put the claim together which makes this even more irritating. McGrath can go to hell for all I care. And I hope he's still reading this board.
