There ya go again greg spinning and flailing and lashing out of control when your mistake is exposed.
Questioning whether Jesus says He is the Alpha and Omega in the bible shows your profound ignorance of the biblical text and asking for the exact words when the book reviewer was not directly quoting the bible is a cheap debating trick that shows what a complete phony you are.
I was questioning your remark, not Jesus, the Bible, or Christianity. Nor was I claiming to know a lot about the subject, which does not reflect upon me as ignorant, phony or cheap.
Here: "He surely did and those very words are quoted as being said by Jesus in the Bible."
wrt...a polite and specific question.
Me: "Really, I didn’t know that. Would you mind posting the chapter and vs where Jesus is quoted using those exact words… “the Alpha and Omega of all reality.” I would prefer that it isn't one where it is not clear whether the statement is referencing the Father or the Son. Or if you are mistaken, a simple apology would suffice."
For the record, I haven't challenged the Bible, Jesus, or Christianity, only your spurious claim and only because you used it in your attempts to brow beat me. The results were predictable, you've failed even to respond directly to the question, you've spun, lashed out, name called, attacked my character. Even the text you came up with (which does not qualify as an answer to the question) does not directly trace back to Jesus. One is a record of a mystical experience reported by Paul, who never met Jesus, and the other is text from Revelations a book that is not by anyone held as an authenticated biographical account of the sayings of Jesus.
Nope. Bottom line is, its just another of your childish attempts to use religion to demean others, and an embarrassment to people of genuine faith. |
