Here is an interesting interview with the CEO of GRAFF, a high end jewelery chain that is vertically integrated - has diamond mines in Australia, South Africa, Botswana, etc. It mines cuts and sells all its own diamonds. They are a private company. CEO says they opening stores in China and say diamond demand is unbelievable.
We used to talk about True North being bought by some company like this, or maybe trying to evolve into a company like this. Was a lot of speculation about Faberge at one point. Those wild speculations become possible again if True North ever gets a mining license.
