Yiwu left the thread because I wrote women's future was bleak. Once the collapse ensued, I explained, they would lose their jobs and the men would be much more competitive against them on the working place. My point being that only a welfare state could give the protection to women in their cushy jobs. Government world over love to buy women's votes proposing rules that grant women's jobs or given them government jobs. That was when the going was good.
