Socialism for the rich and capitalism for the poor. PS, Sweden and Denamrk are doing very well and are very happy and are very socialistic. Everyone in both countries gets free edcuation through univeristy and universal health care and Danes have beed chracterises as the happiest people on earth. Is that the failure you are speaking of?
