Who is the metaphorical We in your first sentance? "Had we fininshed building the huge collider in Texas that Clinton was force to shut down we..." Another point of view was expressed in an original truth be told reporting about LHC using We're.....pointing at your We, in these combined comments we find expressions of self interest. The independent mind must think about the holistic picture within the context of the complete story.
