That's what I thought, too.

And one last thing......in places like cold MN and WI most apt buildings have plugins to keep your car warm during the winter. Its part of the amenities apt owners offer. None of this is a huge deal except for the potentially huge energy drain when millions of cars charge up over nite......but even then, it will occur when general energy consumption is at its lowest.
