I view Windows Mobile 7 as being too little and far too late

MSFT realized it had to get rid of the Vista brand and did so. Apparently they had not had the same realization with the Zune brand so far.

By the time this OS is released on actual phones that customers can buy, hundreds of millions of addition smart phones will be out there.

The smartphone world will be pretty much divided between these OS's: 1) Blackberry, 2)iPhone, 3) Android, 4) WebOS, 5) Symbian, and 6)maybe that new thing by Samsung.

I predict that MSFT will continue to lose mobile OS market share this year, whilst people await their new iteration of a mobile OS to hit the market in late 2010 to early 2011.

Apple's mobile OS and the Android OS will be the biggest winners this year, I predict.
