Obama's just not that great Obama has gotten HC reform further than any other president. However, those are meaningless words if it doesn't get approved into law. Your comment up above suggests you think his shortcomings have led to HCR getting put into a kind of limbo. If true, what do you think those shortcomings are and who do you think could have done a better job?
