That surprises me, too.

The last time I used an actual phone book was last year, when I was moving. My computer was already packed up, and I needed to look something up. But I threw the book away a few minutes later, and then opted not to receive one in my new place.

But I suppose that there are still a lot of people who don't use computers for everything. Those of us who spend time on SI aren't members of that set.
