Billions, of course. Everything costs billions. What till the taxpayers get the bill on Fannie May and her sister. Government can always get away with this because no one really cares about anything except themselves. Bayh resigned with a whimper citing just the ineffectiveness of Congress. I would have liked more fire and brimstone poured on those idolaters who worship Mammon and none other.
