Bill, Thanks for your comments on VTCH. Besides the new private placement of debt (convertable to stock at $16.5, I think), the thing that really has the potential to hammer this stock is the currency situation in Brazil. If you think there will be more trouble with the Brazilian currency (we've already seen some smoke, will we get a fire?), then this should be a very profitable short. Craig
