KLIC and Delco formed Flip Chip Technologies - they primarily offer a wafer bumping service which provides the silicon with the bumped pads which then goes to flip chip assembly . What has been discussed here is that KLIC will then have a system than can perform the flip chip assembly .

Has that made it clearer - or even hazier ?
