Mike: There was an item on your last post that didn't sound too promising to me. Maybe you could explain it further. You stated that management was told by their advisors that they own too much of the stock (65%) and that they should own 30%. Management has been following the advice of their investment bankers so far, and if they follow this suggestion, they would have to dump huge quantities of stock (not good) or the stock would have to be diluted by a factor of 2 (not good). Neither action is likely to benefit present stockholders. I've also noticed that a large number of insiders have registered to sell their stock. I guess I want to hear what is your positive spin on this. Also, are there any announcements looming in the horizon that might bolster this stock. There seems to be a steady erosion of price lately.
