Geez Peter, nobody was more bullish on housing than me from 2001 through 2007. Ask Patron... I harassed this board for years telling the they were too early and watching my housing stocks go up 300 and 500%. Telling you now... your an idiot ( just like I said to the shorts on this board in the early 2000's going short homebuilders)... Quit smoking that stuff and face the reality of Macroeconomics... HOUSING STOCKS HAVE NOT FOUND A BOTTOM YET AND HOUSING PRICES HAVE FURTHER TO FALL.
