I understood your post. I just don't think that any group of humans is necessarily more virtuous than any other. In the main, our actions are shaped by economics. Plus virtue is a very hard thing to define, e.g., are the father and mother who devote a big chunk of their wealth to supporting their parents acting virtuously if their children go through hardship, hunger etc., as a result? Perhaps, perhaps not.
