I'm new to this thread but I would beware of this stock. The signs: the large spread between the bid and ask. The fact that with such great news supposedly on the horizon (earnings, growth) the price seems to be still .18. If great things were actually happening, insiders and their friends would be buying and the stock price would be steadily increasing. It's not happening even though the hype is on. I'm leery of the announcement of "financing" without specifying exactly how that financing is being done. I would be willing to bet that that financing is in the form of stock options at a discount to the market, which would explain the downward bias for the price of this stock. I doubt very much you will see .09 cents per share earnings.
