For 8 years, Bush and Cheney were against a timeline, until Obama publicly said one was needed. Even then, Bush and Cheney and McCain derided him for that publicly. Hell, McCain even famoulsy said that our soldiers could be there 10 or even 100 more years until the job was done. Then Bush rushed that through at the end of his term. Now I wonder why the GOP constantly does things like that? They publicly say one thing and do another thing quietly. It's more of the same pattern of hypocrisy that was rampant during the Bush administration.
