Is dilution always bad? Sure, nobody likes dilution, but if you really believe in a company that is one of the 50 fastest growing companies in New England, you've got to be willing to give them the resources they need to grow.

As long as the company is acting responsibly and continuing to grow, I will carefully go along with management decisions.
