Cleve, IBM lawyers would say to their bosses, you will spend a lot of money to try to win on some vauge technicalities, the percentages are not good so pay the fees. If the suit had no merit the court would not waste time on the case. I think GIFT's position is strong and the defendants are grasping at straws and wasting a lot of their money for nothing. cya, Bob
