Debtor in Possession bankruptcy rules.

(Like I already said.... The bond holders were UNWILLING to inject new funds into the company to allow it to emerge from bankruptcy reorganization. He who injects major new money moves higher up in the hierarchy of ownership rights under long established US bankruptcy rules... which are among the best in the entire world.)
