"The centerpiece to Reid’s bill is a $13 billion tax credit" And it has a tax credit. I thought Republicans can't turn those down... Aaahhhh.....a common misunderstanding. Rs are for Republican tax credits. Dem tax credits....not so much. Rs claim they just don't taste as good.
