The whole of the "anger at government" movement is predicated on this.

I've noticed the left is pretty angry their agenda isn't being enacted quickly and completely enough for them. Some Democrats on firedoglake are proposing doing away with the Senate. And here on SI we see this example of rage against Obama on a liberal thread:
