I guess it was my fault for not reading the fine print... I was under the impression that they were asking for purchases and sales between certain dates because losses within that time period would be recognized. Just read the lawyer-speak in the "plan of allocation" section which I must have missed before. I find it hard to believe as badly as I got my ass handed to me by the lying scumbags in this now-defunct company I failed to have any recognized losses. Well atleast the lawyers are getting paid. This is over and done with for me, finally. Good riddance, HSOA.
