<Right, you can't say.> I HAVE said... you can't show otherwise...cause there are none. <No, just something novel and new.> Again... there are no novel and new genes... yet there are "patents" on genes. Go figure. Of course, as I've said, everyone knows they won't stand up in court and hence the price of those companies stocks. <Which has nothing to do with anything discussed.> It has DIRECTLY to do with all that past stuff you've posted here about evolution as support for your position on that (evolution) and how it DIRECTLY goes against your "belief" about gene patents.
