Insiders are buying NMTI Nmt Medical Inc Hanley Daniel F Md (Director) Buy 10,000 2.15 $21,500 09:47:16 2010-02-16 Davis Richard E (Chief Operating Officer & CFO) Buy 411,650 2.15 25,047 09:47:35 2010-02-16 Mahoney James J Jr (Director) Buy 11,650 2.15 425,047 09:47:54 2010-02-16 This is with their own money on the open market. Recent additional financing obtained at $2.15 plus warants for more at $2.90 So it seems the insiders think the $2.90 number is reachable (making the buy a good deal).
