Embedded DRAM and supposedly (at least according to T-Mobile Netherlands) that is 256 MB RAM in the iPhone 3GS which is 2x the amount in the iPhone 3G. That's pretty typical of snartphones running ARM Cortex A-8 processors although the Palm Pre uses 512 MB. - Eric -
