INCY must be really evil, huh?

--------------

I don't see historic evolution and in particular, whether its telic or not, as having much to do with genetic engineering.

We know... unlike ANY of the scientists working for ANY of the above companies OR working in any field of genetics.... OR the ID folks.

I'm sorry but you can't speak for any of those people. Heck, you can't even speak for yourself.

----------------

Further, the ID folks proposition that genetics is irreducibly complex simply points out that NO ONE KNOWS the full functions of genes or how they work!!

You obviously don't know what the phrase irreducible complexity means.

Its not a statement that we just can't understand genetics or something.

It says there exist certain biological features that couldn't have developed by accident in a step by step fashion. Per Behe who originated the concept:

"A single system which is composed of several interacting parts that contribute to the basic function, and where the removal of any one of the parts causes the system to effectively cease functioning."
