Nope, used to own it.... they are trying to be the "Bloomberg" of the genetic drug discovery world... doesn't mean their gene patents are worth anything... or should be. They've resigned themselves to that... as have most with common sense.

You like to look at things as "good" or "evil" don't you? Black or White... you and your "comfort buddies" are good and have all the good ideas... and anyone who might disagree or have different ideas are "evil" aren't they?

I'm NOT... I'm using my head. In fact... NOBODY knows how the genetic machinery works... that's the point. AND that is why current thinking on gene patents are being shown shallow and silly... every year new information comes out showing we don't know bupkiss about how they work.

BeHe would laugh out load at the idea of someone "owning" a human gene...

We don't need Behe for that... the fact is WE ARENT EVEN CLOSE to understanding how the genetic machinary works, and ALMOST NOTHING is described in the gene patents as to their function or functional mechanism compared to what is actually going on.
