Of all the things I find distastful about the right wing, the most distastful is their belief in torture, led by the Cheny's family's vitriolic insistance that the United States of America must "TORTURE" people to stay safe enough; and anyone who does not go along with torture is unpatriotic. Liz Cheney has really been pounding that drum. That reasoning makes me want to throw up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Torture!, for gods sake. That is what gave the Dark Ages its name. And what kind of father wants to see his daugher talking up torture. I would feel I failed as a parent if either of my daughters believed in torture. Think of what kind of socieity that would be. How ugly and uncivilized.
